I've worked in this area at least five times and chose this place for my stay. Luca, the owner, was very kind and attentive, and took care of everything I needed. I'll be back in mid-October and plan to book here again, since I already know the level of service and quality to expect.

We only had one night, unfortunately, but it was a wonderful stay in a charming village and a beautiful location. Everything inside was spotless, well looked after, and had all the comforts we needed. We'll definitely return.

When we booked, the host showed us one room, but what we got on arrival was a 9.00 square meter hole. The bed runs lengthwise, and without a headboard the pillows kept falling down. There was also a very noisy fridge that switched on every 20 minutes and kept us awake. I don't think rooms that size are suitable for running a hospitality business. The brand new bathroom has a shower where you can't turn around, and the shower head is only 60 cm high. Water floods the bathroom. We asked for a hair dryer, but were told it wasn't possible because they had broken five of them and he doesn't buy them anymore. Crazy. I strongly advise against this place. And the reviews, by the way, are based on facts.

We had a great time here. The room was lovely and clean, and Luca was always available to answer our questions. The property is right in the center, just steps from Montecassiano's beautiful square. It's a quiet village, though it hosts several interesting events. A good base for reaching Recanati, Loreto, and all the many beautiful places to visit nearby. Highly recommended!
