Really nasty customer service. We booked a flexible rate and asked to cancel three days ahead because of a bereavement. They charged me the full price for five days because I was one day late telling them. Stay away, these people have no heart.

We loved the place. It was clean and very good, the staff were friendly, and the location was ideal. It was worth more than the rate we paid.

I found a last-minute deal on Booking and stayed at B&B Central Toma yesterday. Alberto welcomed me so warmly and was kind and helpful about what I needed. The room is minimalist, but it has all the comforts: a stove, sink, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, and a fully equipped bathroom. For anyone passing through Montecatini and looking for a B&B, Central Toma is a great choice. Thanks again for everything, Alberto. See you next time 😎

The rooms are lovely and have all the comforts, and breakfast was excellent. Parking was easy too, at only 2.50 euros for 24 hours.
