We had a beautiful, clean and comfortable room, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great, with lots of options.

A really cosy, romantic stay. They brought a wonderful breakfast right to the bedroom!

The owner cancelled without warning. I was due to arrive on my birthday, so it was very disappointing.

They had us book by phone here, then sent us next door to the economy class at the Michelangelo??? The place apparently doesn't exist, apart from the superior rooms. Madness :( We drove kilometres for something that isn't there. What is this thing called? Truf..

I tried to book an aperitif through Wonderbox and got a terrible response from the lady. It's managed by the same people as another hotel I had called a few minutes before, though of course I couldn't have known that. On top of that, she hung up on me. I can only advise against this place.
