The rooms had towels and hair dryers and were decently equipped, but staying here wasn't pleasant. The hotel is 20 minutes from the city center, with no nearby superstores or corner shops. We were served the same poor food three days in a row. The bread was stale, there was no meat, and it generally didn't taste good. My keys could open other people's rooms, which made the room security worrying. The winter blankets smelled as if they hadn't been washed in quite some time. The building was badly insulated too. We woke up freezing every morning despite having all the doors and windows shut. There is a pool, but it wasn't maintained and wasn't working. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Our rooms had amazing views, and they were clean and comfortable, with fresh towels every day. The pool area was relaxing and clean as well. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was tasty. They also had alternative food available for allergies. We spent 7 nights here in a beautiful area and will certainly come back the next time we're nearby. A wonderful experience, absolutely worth the money. Highly recommend.

The hotel handled our school group of 43 really well, even though they don't usually cater for so many people. We arrived a bit early, but the staff were very welcoming. The food standards were outstanding, and they even made a lovely cake especially for my birthday. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and some had amazing views from the windows. The pool is a suitable size. It's within walking distance of the lovely town and the supermarket. I'd recommend it for families or couples wanting a peaceful trip to Montecatini.

A terrible stay. There was no light in the elevator or on the stairs, the bedsheets were dirty, and breakfast was terrible. The staff don't speak English, and the air conditioner didn't work, even though we chose this place because it had air conditioning.
