There was no heating on December 31! It was cold and very dirty from the moment we arrived. The staff were grumpy the whole time, and we found socks under the bed. Nowhere near two stars. Phew!

The breakfast was a classic Italian spread, so it’s ideal if you like a sweet breakfast. The location is great and the rooms were clean. The reception and other areas looked renovated, though the room furniture was a little older. The receptionists were professional, especially the blonde lady. The towels didn’t seem like regular towels. On our first day we thought they were sheets and asked for towels, but they brought us the same kind.

It doesn’t feel like a four-star hotel. The rooms are small, the shower is cramped, and the equipment is old. Breakfast was very poor. In our room for three, there was just one chair; a wardrobe drawer was broken and the hangers were dusty.

It’s a basic hotel, but the rooms and small bathroom were clean. The staff were nice and helpful, though they couldn’t get me a normal blanket. Mine was only 120 cm by 120 cm 😞. Breakfast was the same every day, with no fruit or vegetables, just compote.
