We were near the city center, and the old palace was beautiful, with comfortable rooms. The owner, Carlo, was kind and helpful, serving a nice breakfast and good cappuccino. Grazie!

The owners were a real highlight. They were kind and helpful, and when I'd made a mistake with my reservation, they changed the dates easily and handled it with courtesy and flexibility. Our room was clean and comfortable, furnished simply but with a welcoming feel. It also had a small balcony with a lovely view of the typical Umbrian landscape. The place is in a quiet, convenient spot, just a short walk from Giorgione – Alla via di mezzo, which made B&B Federico II an especially handy choice for lunch or dinner there. The owner made us hot drinks and had a friendly chat with us, which made the stay feel homely. For an overnight stop, it was more than adequate, and breakfast was included. Highly recommend it.

Spotless, cozy room and an excellent breakfast. The owner was fantastic, very friendly and ready to help. The location worked perfectly for both Giorgione restaurant and the village of Montefalco. Highly recommended.

Carlo's warmth and hospitality made the stay feel perfect. The room was bright, very clean, comfortable, and quiet, and even had a small kitchenette. I'd definitely choose this place again when I'm in the area.
