I’ve stayed here more than once, and every visit has been great. The hot spring pools are huge and winding, unlike anything else I’ve experienced, and the food is top notch. The facilities and grounds are always immaculate, and the staff are attentive and accommodating. If you’re in the Montegrotto area, this is the place to stay. Highly recommended!

I kept asking for firmer pressure, maybe four times, but she just went on rubbing me. For €90 for 50 minutes, I don’t understand why nobody checks what the therapists are doing. It was an annoying experience, and one of the worst massages I’ve had.

The facilities were beautiful, and the massage therapist was great, but I won’t return. At reception, the staff weren’t welcoming or accommodating, and they looked us up and down.

For €60, you can use the thermal baths from 7pm to 11pm, Monday through Thursday. Definitely worth it!

It’s a beautiful hotel and the experience was good overall, but vegan guests don’t have much to eat. Salad is the only option they call vegan, with no vegan protein, so you could end up hungry all day without a proper meal.
