The location is beautiful, but the man running the hotel comes across as extremely rude and bitter, including in his replies to other guests' reviews. The place presents itself as ecological, yet breakfast includes crackers and cookies in individual plastic wrappers. There weren't any cups or toiletries in the room either. Why not provide reusable cups or refillable shampoo bottles? There are no outlets by the beds, so charging a phone is a problem, and anyone who needs a CPAP machine for sleep should think about booking somewhere else. I left feeling underwhelmed for what I paid.

About the “six Aperol Spritzes” you mention: there were seven of us, and that was our first and only order. We were charged for a second round, but it never came because the bartender was clearly not sober and couldn't manage basic service. Later, a staff member watering the plants at night confirmed what we'd seen, saying, “He’s a drunk alcoholic crazy person that the hotel gave a chance so he has a job.” That says plenty on its own. The account you say you submitted to Booking.com distorts what happened, just as your replies to reviews do. You seem to live in a fictional world where criticism is a personal attack and facts are whatever you say they are. Judging by the tone and erratic logic of the person replying to reviews, I assume they’ve missed the same medication as the bartender. I stand by what I wrote. Your response only reinforces what readers can already see. You don't need better reviews, you need better management, and possibly professional psychological help.

The wide panoramic views and relaxed atmosphere were lovely, and we really enjoyed breakfast outside with the winery views. I wish we'd booked a couple more nights. There's also a large pool, plenty of space to walk around, and parking.

The view was the one good thing for me. The location is very good, but the service and accommodation were extremely disappointing. The bathroom was in a precarious state and didn't have basics like shower gel or shampoo. Furniture looked very old, and the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Water was only available from vending machines that take cash. The pool area has a lot of potential, but the sun loungers are plastic. Breakfast was very bad too. They called it an eco breakfast, but I don't think they used “eco” correctly. UPDATE: To the hotel staff who respond to reviews, you should take a management and communication course and learn to accept feedback and reply politely. Your impolite responses to other unfavorable reviews suggest you don't appreciate customers and are only in this for the money.
