Lucia was so friendly and welcoming, and the place is even prettier than the photos. Would definitely recommend it.

The countryside feel is lovely, even though the historic centre of Montepulciano is only a 15-minute walk away. There’s a beautiful view over the Tuscan hills, plus free parking and E-bikes to rent at a reasonable price. Everything was super clean and cosy. Breakfast was excellent and varied. The host asks about preferences and possible allergies, and you can buy local wine and olive oil on site. Last but not least, she’s extremely friendly and always smiling. The place is amazing, couldn't be better!

We really enjoyed our stay, and Lucia is a super kind host. The place is perfectly clean, with a magnificent view, and you can step straight from the room onto the balcony and sit in the garden. The kitchen has everything you need to make lunch or dinner. It's shared by all three apartments, so you may run into other guests there.

The internet wasn't working, which was the only issue. Otherwise, it's a great place in a really traditional house, very clean, with a great view. The host is friendly and helpful, and breakfast was awesome.

Lucia is incredible, and both the hotel and rooms are wonderful. It felt like stepping into a Disney book. I'd definitely come back.
