Tuscany Living - Terra Antica

Loved this place, so quiet and refreshing. Everything was perfect during my five-night stay. I could watch both sunrise and sunset from my garden. What more could I ask for?

The ground-floor apartment facing the pool and the view was a great place to unwind. It was nicely appointed, with the basic things you need before making a grocery run. The pool is right beside the building, so it's easy to get to, and the view is fantastic. There are excellent restaurants nearby, including Osmosi. A good breakfast is available at the resort a five-minute drive away, which was especially helpful on our first morning. We’ll be back.

We stayed in the Sangiovese apartment, and it was beautiful, clean and comfortable, beyond what we expected. The setting is peaceful, with spectacular views of the Tuscan hills and vineyards, like a postcard. It’s a boutique winery, and I recommend trying the wine tasting on site. Mario the manager and Natalia at reception were both kind and helpful. Montepulciano is a 10-minute drive away, and quaint Pienza is about 30 minutes. Other lovely Tuscan towns and villages are close by, and there’s a grocery store less than a 10-minute drive away. Stay several nights if you can, to enjoy more of the area. This place is a 10 out of 10.

Anita deserves a special thank you for the great wine tasting. The breakfast was excellent too. We had a really lovely vacation, thanks to the friendly, warm and helpful staff. The location and facilities are fantastic.
