Breakfast came with our rate and was plentiful, with Matteo making cappuccinos that were a lovely start to the day. He also made the delicious cakes and pasta. After our international flight and drive, Anna gave us a warm welcome and made check-in easy, then showed us to a large, spotless, fresh room. My brother and I had arranged dinner at the hotel in advance, with first and second piatti, salad, and dessert. Everything I’ve read about this hotel is true. If you're going to St. Albino, consider staying at Hotel IDue Cigni. You won't be disappointed.

The room was very clean, and the homemade desserts were especially delicious. The four of us spent three nights at this charming family-run hotel and were treated like family. Breakfast and dinner were both enjoyable. It really felt like a home away from home, and we'd love to return.

The owners were lovely and very helpful, and it's a wonderful hotel. Just be aware that it's outside Montepulciano, with very little in walking distance. The roads are winding and dark at night, so it's best to arrive in daylight.

We only booked one night and I wish we'd stayed longer. The breakfast was very nice, and they'll make you a wonderful cappuccino. The staff are lovely, and you’re treated like family for a great price. A charming hotel in a quiet town just outside Montepulciano, with very nice rooms.

A lovely family-run boutique hotel. Rooms were clean and nice, parking was easy, and breakfast was good. Highly recommend it.
