There was quite a bit of noise from the road, people walking by, and the train station. Still, being right by the Naples station and on the corner of the piazza was really convenient. The room and bathroom were nicely decorated. The shower kept changing pressure, and the temperature seemed to swing between the warmest and coldest settings, with nothing in between.

The shower and TV were among the amenities that didn’t work properly.

The owner was humble, and the large, airy room had a nicely designed bathroom. A perfect place to stay, though the air conditioning unit needs work, as does the breakfast.

The room shook whenever a train or metro went by, since the building was above the station. I also found the area around the hotel dangerous. We only stayed one night and left the next morning. After that, they marked my reservation as “non show.” When I asked why, they told me Booking. com had made an error and that they’d already spoken with them to sort it out. But Booking. com told me they hadn’t been contacted. We weren’t given a receipt for the accommodation or stay tax either. When I asked about it on WhatsApp, they sent a handwritten paper as a receipt. I suspect they cancel reservations to avoid bad reviews and take the stay tax, though that’s just my impression. They never apologized for the lies, and the guy was very ironic on the phone when I tried to understand why the reservation had been canceled. I don’t recommend this place at all.

The room is brand new, and the location is one of the best. The owner was very kind, too. Breakfast was quite nice, so I’d definitely recommend this accommodation. Thanks a lot!
