The owner is a poet who knows the city well and gave us great tips. Cirillo 65 is a lovely, typical home in the historic center of amazing Naples, and a great place to experience the city's authenticity.

The location is excellent, but the rest was a letdown. This isn't a bed and breakfast, and there isn't even a TV. The pillows are hard and the beds soft. The owner practically lives in the same apartment, behind a door only he can access. There are open sockets with exposed wires and no safety covers. The listing's description is completely untrue, and the claimed accessibility is fantasy: there are only staircases, so a disabled guest could only get in by being pulled up through a window. The owner's idea of having breakfast in your room is that you go down to a bar, order it, and bring it back.

The apartment isn't as described. There's no breakfast or television, even in 2023, so it simply isn't a bed and breakfast. It's just a poorly maintained apartment. The location is the only positive. Avoid it.

Ferdinando was warm and always willing to help, and the price was excellent for what we got. Our double room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, though a little noisy, which comes with being right in the heart of Naples. Everything is walkable, with the metro and train station nearby. I recommend it.

A very clean, welcoming place, and I highly recommend it. The location is a real plus, less than two kilometers from one of Naples' main streets.
