Maria was welcoming, and the location was good, which is why I’m giving two stars. The stay itself was a letdown. We booked a room with a private bathroom on booking.com, but got something quite different from the listing (see photo), with a shared bathroom out in the hallway. The furniture was badly worn, especially the mattress, which was uncomfortable. We also found out we’d been put in Astra, another B&B in the same building, instead of Napoli Campagnari, the place we’d booked. Maybe the original was overbooked, but we should have been told beforehand, not moved without any explanation.

We only stayed a short time, but this place was TOP. The apartment has been fully renovated, and everything in the room, bathroom, and kitchen looked new. It was clean everywhere. I travel a lot with my wife, and we’ve rarely found a place this good for such a low price. I’d even compare it to a 5 star hotel. Claudio, the owner, is young, very friendly, and extremely reliable. I’ll definitely return and recommend it to all my friends and acquaintances.

Don't book here. This property doesn't exist, and they won't let you check in. Save yourself the time and hassle and book somewhere else.

There’s no view from the narrow side street, but it’s quiet at night. The room was basic and very clean, and the city center is an easy walk away. It’s also handy for Duomo metro station and the central train station. The owner was helpful and gave us excellent suggestions for our visit. No proper breakfast, just a coffee machine with capsules from the owner, a kettle, and a few sweet snacks. I’d recommend it for a few budget-friendly days in Naples.

The room was average, but clean and well looked after, and the area was quiet. The location is excellent for the university and convenient for everything, with the Duomo train station and metro nearby. Mrs. Roberta was helpful and replied quickly.
