B&B Napoli Centrale di Fabio e Veronica

When my Air BnB booking fell through, I called late to ask if they had a room at short notice. I was alone, and the area made me uncomfortable as a young woman. The staff were incredibly helpful, and within minutes they'd found me a very affordable room for two nights. The place was quiet, clean, and quite nice. The A/C worked really well, the bed was comfortable, and there was a pleasant patio and a large bathroom with a tiny shower and nice hot water. Given how the shared building and surrounding streets looked, I was honestly surprised by the quality inside. It felt like a diamond in the rough. Breakfast is a loose description: in the shared kitchen they had packaged croissants, toast, jelly, milk, and coffee. For what I paid, I can't complain. I assume guests can use the kitchen if they bring their own food. It's very close to Napoli Centrale and Garibaldi station, with Metro lines 1 and 2 and the Circumvesuviana. Walking to and from the station with my luggage was no problem. They also let me leave my bags for a few extra hours while I took a Napoli street food tour, until it was time to catch my train back to Rome. The staff were so friendly, and I really enjoyed my stay.
