The location worked really well for exploring Naples and its historic center, with two different train stations nearby for getting around. We also enjoyed the cafe across the street, where breakfast meant delicious coffee and all kinds of croissants. Bruno's place was a lovely base. Our room was new, spotless, and beautifully done, and Bruno was very kind and ready to offer suggestions whenever we asked. We even got fresh towels at no charge, plus water and a little prosecco when we arrived. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend Brunos historic home to anyone wanting to experience the atmosphere of napoli. :)

Bruno made me feel like family when I finally arrived late and worn out last night, after getting lost on the way. The place is lovely, the people are awesome, and the location is great, with the airport just a quick cab ride away. My room was very clean, smelled great, and had a balcony. I'll stay here again.

The bathroom was filthy and had no toilet paper, and the bed was hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast meant one croissant and a coffee at a cafe three blocks away, where the staff didn't even greet us. The place was rundown, dirty, and falling apart, in what felt like the absolute worst part of town. The bedroom door was just a flimsy wardrobe door that could easily be forced open, so there was no real security. I felt disgusted and annoyed, and wouldn't recommend anyone stay here.

The welcome really stood out at Maison Lulù. The host was kind and genuinely helpful, with useful advice throughout our stay. We found the place comfortable, extremely clean, and carefully looked after. Its location near the historic center and the main cultural sights was another big plus. Highly recommended if you're looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a warm welcome.
