We arrived to find that Casa Marina had canceled our reservation because we'd missed the check-in time. My friend and I were stranded on a foreign street and asked for help, but the staff just said they couldn't accommodate us. They gave us two other hotel addresses, but both places were closed and had no staff when we got there. After that, Casa Marina stopped responding to our requests for help. We ended up driving more than 10 kilometers across the city and paying a lot for an overpriced last-minute hotel. Casa Marina has also refused to return our deposit. This was the worst part of our trip to Italy, and I found the lack of care and accountability shameful. I wouldn't recommend staying here. I had booked a room for September 6 at around 8 p.m. An hour later, at 9 p.m., several emails arrived, all in Italian. I later learned they were reminders to check in before 9. I was driving then and don't understand Italian, so I missed them. No one from the hotel called to confirm when we would arrive.

Marina was so helpful and kind throughout our stay. She replied quickly to all our questions and took on some difficult requests without hesitation. The room was clean and spacious, and the price was affordable. The station was conveniently close, and the neighbors in the building were friendly. We had a really lovely stay and would recommend this place.

My partner and I loved our stay. The room was really cute, clean, and nicely decorated. The host suggested a great restaurant and made sure we were comfortable. Couldn't be happier, five stars! :)

Mariana went out of her way to make sure we had a nice stay. She was very welcoming and pointed us to a fantastic dinner spot, where we had the best Genovese pasta we've ever eaten. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. Casa Marina has a great location and service, and we'd happily recommend it to anyone staying in Napoli.

Mrs. Marina was kind and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, and breakfast at the bar was included with lots of choices. The B&B is lovely and very conveniently located, just steps from the train station and metro. We'd definitely come back.
