The bar and restaurant had such a good feel to them, lively but still a great place to unwind. I stayed for ten days and had a wonderful time. Antonio behind the bar was warm, professional, and always welcoming. His cocktails were excellent, and it was clear he takes real pride in looking after guests. I'd happily come back and recommend it.

I felt safe here, and the design and coworking areas made it a really inspiring place to spend time. The station is right nearby, which was handy. I was in Naples for about a week and a half, mixing work and leisure, and this was easily the best of the five hostels I tried. The female dorm felt private, the beds were comfortable, and everything was very clean. There was even a little changing room, so you didn't have to block the bathroom. The facilities were a real plus: a gym, a restaurant for lunch, and several good places to work. Breakfast was great, and the reception and restaurant staff were genuinely kind. Francesca was especially welcoming and upbeat, and I loved the music she played. The kitchen was still pretty basic, with no plates or cutlery yet, but that was fine. One thing to know: the large lockers in my dorm wouldn't close, and my electric toothbrush was stolen. Still, I'll stay here again next time I'm in Naples.

They helped my parents, offered useful tips, and made us feel welcome. Every exchange felt personal and sincere, with a relaxed atmosphere and professional service. It was one of the best hospitality experiences we've ever had. I'd return in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, kindness, and wonderful service.

The shower had no glass panel or curtain, so water covered the whole bathroom floor. There were about 10? steps to reach the front desk, no ramp, and nobody offered to help with our luggage. The room we'd been assigned was already occupied when we opened the door. Back at reception, they gave us a different key without even apologizing for the major inconvenience and privacy breach. We also found that the hotel's Google listing said breakfast was free, which wasn't true, and its website claimed parking was available, also untrue. We tried to eat at the restaurant but were told there was a private event, even though the room looked completely empty. Just as we were leaving, they changed course and offered tapas. The whole thing felt bizarre and poorly coordinated. A hotel trying to feel cool and modern, like CitizenM, still needs to get the basics of hospitality right. This one doesn't. The bathroom design was a rookie mistake, and the lack of a ramp is a basic, unforgivable flaw. It needs to focus on service and truthful advertising before calling itself a modern destination.
