We arrived after some travel delays, but the stay still left us happy to recommend Dante Deluxe. We were four girls traveling together and felt safe and well looked after the whole time. Before arrival, the instructions for reaching the property, getting in, and accessing the apartment were clear and detailed, so everything went smoothly. Guido personally welcomed us the next morning, introduced himself, and checked that we had what we needed. His manner made us feel calm, secure, and welcome. The room was spotless, the beds comfortable, and the atmosphere cozy. The location is excellent for exploring the city, close to everything. Guido also helped arrange our departure transfer and shared really valuable tips and recommendations for making the most of our time in the area. The location, cleanliness, and value were all great, and we'd be very happy to stay at Dante Deluxe apartments again.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was friendly. Guido sent lots of useful information before we arrived, which we appreciated. It's a nice hotel in a good Naples location, with no issues during our stay, so I'd recommend it. There aren't many facilities, just the room, but that worked perfectly for us.

The location is great, but the apartment was filthy and badly neglected. It needs basic cleaning and maintenance. There were soap marks built up in the shower, black mould on the ceiling, and very little hot water. The photos don't show just how run down it is. To Felice: a 10 star review is something you earn, not something to ask for so shamelessly. Please spend time on basic cleaning and maintenance if you want the rating you desire and the name de luxe. We stayed for three nights, and that was where the positive experience ended.

The staff were helpful and kept in touch before we arrived. Our room had a big window looking out over the piazza, and it was nice. This little hotel is close to Dante, a really convenient spot, on the first floor of a huge old building. I'm glad there's a lift because I have mobility issues. Honestly, it ticked all the boxes.

Everything in Naples was close by, which was the best part of staying at Dante Maison De Luxe. The room was clean, and everyone was friendly and welcoming. I'm usually picky about mattresses, but the bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were great quality. We had a great time. Thank you so much!
