Once we were inside, the apartment turned out to be a good place to stay, even though the street view had made me a bit wary at first. The staff were warm and helpful, and most of the city’s key spots were within walking distance. The metro was less than five minutes away. At night, though, traffic, motorcycles, and ambulances were clearly audible from the room. I also found hairs on the pillows and sheets, so they weren’t completely clean.

The hotel is right in the center and felt like good value for the money. Check-in was simple, the rooms were clean and serviced daily, and the beds were comfortable. The bedrooms were roomy too.

The room was modern and very thoroughly cleaned. We got the self-entry instructions and details about leaving our bags after checkout over WhatsApp. We were on the third floor, so some street traffic noise came through, as you’d expect, but we still slept comfortably. It’s also very clean and in a great central spot.

The room was lovely and the location worked really well. Felice was so friendly and knew the area well. He even recommended a great restaurant and booked us a table. I’d happily stay here again on my next trip to Naples, and would recommend it.
