The property looked nice, but the way the booking was handled seemed sketchy to me. I asked the owner about check-in and the price, then booked through booking.com because the price they gave me directly was higher. Afterward, I got a private message asking me to cancel that reservation and book with them at a lower price. I declined. At 5pm, just 40 minutes before my flight, booking.com emailed to say the property was overbooked and had canceled my reservation. I was lucky to find another place at the last minute, two minutes before boarding, otherwise I would have arrived in Naples at 9pm without anywhere to stay. The owner sent a voice message saying there was a problem with the jacuzzi. He was kind in the message, but the timing felt strange after I turned down their offer.

The owner is always kind and helpful, and I’ve really enjoyed staying here twice now. It’s a cozy apartment in a nice part of Naples, just steps from the metro and well placed for getting around on foot. Highly recommended.

The owner was warm, kind, and always available. The place was clean and welcoming, with everything you need, and it’s just steps from the city’s main attractions. I highly recommend it for a stay in Naples!
