The team made the stay feel personal and warm, with genuine hospitality that was clear in how they treated me. The bar was a lovely place to sit, work, relax, or daydream, with a rare amount of choice. The view was breathtaking, inspiring and energizing, and stayed with me quietly afterward. Everyone seemed devoted to making guests feel at ease. I travel widely for work, and I almost hesitate to share this recommendation because some places feel too special to become crowded. Still, an experience like this deserves to be found, and might set a standard for others. I’m grateful for the stay and for all the support. Christian, Gianluca, Innocenzo, Dario, Antongiulio, and the whole bar and restaurant team, along with management and reception, deserve a special thank you. Your care doesn’t go unnoticed. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, with an amazing shower and plenty of room. Everyone at the hotel was kind, friendly, and eager to help. Breakfast was unbelievable, fresh, and offered plenty of choice. Getting around was easy because public transport was nearby, though the hotel was at least a 20 minute walk from everything else. The view made up for that distance. The street outside was busy, with lots of car traffic even at night.

We stayed at De Bonart Napoli, also referred to as the Britanique, and the hotel felt special from the start. Its elegant design and attention to detail bring together classic Neapolitan style and modern comfort, while still feeling welcoming. The staff were warm, friendly, professional, and fluent in English. They were always ready to help, and their hospitality made every interaction easy. The gym was pristine, first-class, and well equipped, which is unusual in many hotels. The private spa was a must for unwinding after time in Naples’ lively streets. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented each morning, with panoramic views over the city and the Bay of Naples. We also loved drinks on the terrace in the afternoon, looking out at the bay. Those views are unforgettable. We didn’t get to try the new restaurant, though it looked spectacular, and based on the rest of our stay, we expect it’ll do very well. It was a memorable stay, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for style, comfort, and warm hospitality in Naples.

The hotel experience was fabulous. The view, the service, and the staff’s kindness were all 10/10. Just watch out for the taxi drivers in front of the hotel. They’re very aggressive and charge so much, which really damages Italy’s reputation.
