Luigi made check-in and check-out easy with the self-service setup. He was very helpful and gave us great tips on places to see and eat.

We stayed three days with the family in the apartment, which has a balcony and two air conditioners. There’s plenty of equipment, including a large shower, washer and dryer, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and stovetop. The place was exceptionally clean. When we mentioned an air conditioning issue, a technician came the next morning to fix it, which was reassuring. The location is excellent: Via dei Tribunali, Spaccanapoli, and the Napoli Underground are about 100 meters behind the house. Via Toledo is 350 meters away, and Cavour metro station is 200 meters away.

There was only one small window, over two meters high, so airing out the room wasn't really possible. The room was filthy, and both air conditioners were very dirty. They also didn't work, and seemed to have been broken for a while. The toilet seat was broken too. The TV was just a monitor, and you could only watch it with a pay TV subscription. A terrible experience.

Getting into the room through an app felt modern, and the Wi-Fi worked well throughout the building. The historic-center location made it easy to get around, and the price was good for what we got.

Luigi was wonderful, always available and full of useful knowledge about the city. He shared information and suggestions for the main sights, and paid close attention to how our stay was going. The room was comfortable and really quiet, despite being right in the historic center. Highly recommend.
