The room was beautiful, clean, and looked just like the photos. Francesca gave us an upgrade when we arrived and shared lots of food recommendations. We also had to stay indoors for the first 48 hours because of the new covid rules, and she helped us call the authority and made us feel at ease. We’d definitely stay again.

We spent two nights at Eleonora Suites. The location was great, with the market nearby for fresh fruit or fish, and the metro just five minutes away. Our room was clean and pleasant, and Francesca and her brother Bruno were a big help.

Francesca and her staff were friendly and very helpful. The apartment was spacious and very clean. Since this was our second visit to Naples, the location was ideal, with everything practically a step away.

Francesca was really nice and helpful. The room felt new and was very, very clean, with a big bathroom, clean sheets, and a comfortable bed. You can walk to the old city and just about everything else, with the furthest sights no more than 20 minutes away. It’s right by Metro line 2 Montesanto and funiculare Montesanto, and close to Metro line 1 Dante stadion.

The rooms have been freshly refurbished and are comfortable. Service was very friendly, and the accommodation was first class. Hard to find anything to complain about. Highly recommend it.
