The host was friendly and helpful. He welcomed us in person at check-in and pointed out the main places to visit and the best restaurants nearby. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. It's centrally located, within walking distance of all the main attractions. I highly recommend staying here.

The location made exploring on foot easy, with the Spanish Quarter, Toledo Street, and plenty of good restaurants and cafés just minutes away. You can also get to the port easily for boats to nearby islands, or to the main train station for trips to Pompeii and Salerno, the gateway to the beautiful Amalfi Coast. Inside, the apartment was clean, well equipped, and had everything we needed. Despite the lively city outside, it was very quiet. The entrance may seem a little intimidating at first, but old buildings in Naples often have that historic look. We soon felt it was a very safe place, especially for a family with kids. Luigi is a wonderful host, kind and understanding, and always ready with tips and suggestions for Naples and the surrounding area. A few small details could be better for a longer stay, but nothing really worth mentioning. I highly recommend it. Thank you for everything, Luigi. We'll definitely be back! :)

We spent 5 days at Evarefhouse, and everything was good. The place was big, very clean, and quiet, with very good access to the metro and Toledo street. Mr. Luigi was kind, polite, and open-minded. He introduced us to the tourist sights around Naples and showed us where to go. He also brought us special Italian sweets, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend the place and will definitely choose it again.

Evaref house is a great option for a visit to Naples. We found the rooms clean and comfortable, and the helpful, professional staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
