A modern apartment with all the appliances you need for either a short or long stay. The train and metro stations are less than two minutes away. A great place to stay.

We stayed as three with our little dog, and Fermata Montesanto won us over. Mrs. Lella is such a sweet person, and everyone was very helpful, even at night. The room was spotless and nicely appointed, the beds comfortable, and the atmosphere warm and welcoming. The location is excellent, right in the historic center. Thank you, Fermata Montesanto, you have a piece of our heart ❤️

I’d been searching for a B&B like this for ages and finally found it. The room was neat and spotless, and Lella, the staff member, made the stay with her kindness, hospitality and special warmth. Everything was excellent, and I’ll definitely return.

The room is small but cozy, with its own bathroom and a little terrace furnished with a table and chairs. It’s in an elegant building in the Spanish Quarter, among the heart of Neapolitan folklore and just a short walk from Naples center. Communication with the manager and the caretaker’s welcome were excellent. And Mrs. Lella, the housekeeper, was so kind and friendly 💞
