We paid extra for breakfast, but they sent us to a different place seven minutes away on foot. All we got there was one croissant and one cappuccino, and even water or anything else cost extra. That's not what I expect from breakfast included at a hotel. The experience was disappointing, disrespectful and misleading. I wouldn't recommend paying for breakfast here.

The neighborhood felt really sketchy, and I didn't feel safe there. The main door gets locked after hours, but our key wouldn't work, so we had to bang on it until someone let us in. The place felt worn out and unclean. Our sheets were dirty, the bed was wobbly with broken legs, and the shower doors were broken. The shower water knob kept falling off. The toilet seat was cracked in two. We asked the manager to fix it, but he removed it and said he'd replace it in the morning. Two days later, when we checked out, there was still no seat. Gross. DO NOT STAY HERE!

We were surprised by how much we liked this place. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast came with pastries, fruit, yogurt and cereals. They made coffee to order on the espresso machine. The one letdown was the listing said self-service laundry was available, but it wasn't. We had to take our clothes to a laundromat five minutes away.

The rooms may be well used, but the staff make all the difference. The service is incredible, and staying here almost feels like becoming friends with the owner. If you're coming to Napoli, I hope there's a room free for you here. grazie mil

We've stayed here twice, before and after a Mediterranean cruise. The rooms are small and basic, but we only needed somewhere to sleep. There's a tiny balcony off the room where you can get some fresh air and enjoy the view. It's near the cruise terminal, about a 20-minute walk from there when we returned from our cruise. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Our flights changed because of delays and a missed connection, so we arrived close to midnight. I emailed to let them know we'd be late, and they waited for us. For our trip home, we needed to leave for the airport at 3:30 am. The night before, they called and arranged a taxi for the next morning. Breakfast was awesome, with fruit, yoghurt, breads and buns, pastries, and boiled eggs on some days. The neighborhood may not be the nicest, but we never had any issues. You get to see how ordinary people live. I'd highly recommend this hotel. We arrived
