The service really made our stay. They looked after us and made everything feel easy, and we’ll definitely come back. The B&B is also perfectly placed: Berevello port is a seven-minute walk for ferries to the islands, and Toledo and the city center are just a few minutes away on foot. Our room was new and modern, with a large bathroom and shower. It was spotless, and breakfast was right on point.

The location was handy, with a metro station next door, the port close by, and several good restaurants around. The room itself was extremely small, though, and the bed wasn’t comfortable. Even with the windows closed, we heard everything from the street and hallway. Breakfast was croissants every day. There was also a “servant” who seemed to be there all the time, and we couldn’t figure out why. It felt like he was keeping an eye on us. They said towel and sheet changes were free, but charged us extra for them at the end.

Breakfast came right to our room and balcony, which was a nice extra. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the place was clean and comfortable. It’s close to the metro, port, and main sights, so getting around was easy.

We left after five minutes and got no refund. The room was disgusting and very dirty, and the owner was rude. A nightmare, it felt like a scam.
