They canceled our booking just two days before we were due to stay, after asking me to update the registered card. I updated it with a card that works elsewhere, even though our contract said we would pay at the hotel on arrival. They then said no valid card had been provided. I suspect they may have been overbooked or had some other reason to cancel someone's booking, but I can't know for sure. They could have asked for the card update earlier than two days before the stay. The service wasn't helpful and was rude. I wouldn't recommend booking here.

The interiors are so beautiful they make me want to visit again. The rooms, service, location, and other things were very helpful.

The location is fine, but this hotel isn't worth it. It's dirty, moldy, and old; the windows don't close, it's loud, and there's cigarette smoke everywhere. The shower is either barely running or comes out like an industrial pressure washer. I'm very disappointed. I also think the 4- and 5-star reviews are bought, so check the accounts.

The luggage storage was excellent, and the location is very convenient, close to both Naples train station and the city center. The rooms, though, were quite dirty and noisy, the window wouldn't close properly, and there were almost no toiletries, just one roll of toilet paper.
