Just a few steps from the sea in Mergellina and close to the train station, the location is fantastic. The room is beautiful, with modern furnishings, lots of thoughtful details, and home automation. It even has a 70-inch TV. The bathroom is lovely too, with a huge walk-in shower. Highly recommended!

I'll give it one star because that's the best I can do. The room smelled terrible as soon as we walked in, and the walls were crumbling from a water leak. That should be fixed before anyone is given the room. It's a dark, poorly equipped, claustrophobic space, with two windows facing other buildings' walls. There were just four towels for the two of us, two small and two large, and they weren't changed daily. When we called for toilet paper, we were told it was provided every two days, even though the room had only one roll. If someone is sick, what are they supposed to use? The fridge had two measly bottles of water. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. To top it off, there was no hot water the next morning, so I couldn't shower.

We were pleasantly surprised when we got into the room. It was all brand new, spotless, and in excellent shape. The location was excellent too, and the host replied to my questions right away.
