Jeanette is a thoughtful host who clearly enjoys having guests. She had drinking water, a bathroom heater, even an emergency sewing kit, and she was quick to share recommendations and arrange our taxi. The studio and kitchen are small but clean, just as shown in the photos. The old town neighborhood isn’t pretty, and the faded building fronts take a bit of getting used to, though they have their own charm. We didn’t feel unsafe. There are around 10-12 narrow steps from the floor to the apartment. Our taxi left us a street away, but we managed to bring our suitcases to the front door without trouble. I’d recommend staying here.

We hadn’t even checked in yet and were already ready to give Jeanette full marks. After staying here, we were even more convinced. She’s proactive, speaks good English, and is so helpful, with restaurant and snack bar suggestions too. The place is tidy and very clean, with everything we needed. It’s a comfortable area, and a super friendly neighbor showed us how to open the front door, which takes a little technique at first. We haven’t checked out yet, but already feel lucky to have stayed with Jeanette. Great location and an AMAZING host.

Our stay was in a beautiful studio apartment, and Jeanetta was the most helpful host. My wife needed dental treatment in Naples, and Jeanetta arranged it quickly at very short notice. She was already an exceptional host, but that put her in six-star territory.

Jeanette is such an upbeat, helpful host. The apartment is small but warm and practical, with everything you need to be comfortable. A very nice place to stay.
