Nacu 90

We only came to Naples for pizza and weren't expecting much beyond the food, but our one night in mid-April at Nacu 90 was a great surprise. The room had plenty of space to unpack, a comfortable bed, and good air conditioning. The three suites are on a quiet upper floor of a residential-style building, even though the building sits on a very busy central corner. It's an easy walk from the port, where we arrived from Capri, and close to plenty of places to eat, including the pizza spots we wanted. Check-in was simple and low-stress. Nacu90 was just right for a quick visit, and we'd happily book it again next time.

Arianna was especially helpful, answering all our questions during the four nights we stayed with our kids. The room was clean and modern, and we had a great experience.

The location is convenient, and the room was clean, but it was very hot. The bathroom has no window, and with its door shut the air conditioning couldn't cool it, so it became extremely warm. We could also hear a lot of noise from other rooms. This is a B&B in a very old building, with code-only entry, no reception, and all information sent through WhatsApp. The effects of so many B&Bs in cities dealing with overtourism are obvious. We added a night and were asked to leave cash in the room, without any assurance that we'd get an invoice. Our transport was delayed, so we arrived at 8:30 PM instead of 8 PM and were told late check-in could have cost us €10. Why charge that for opening a coded door half an hour later when there's no reception? The breakfast at the bar downstairs was poor and disappointing. We skipped it on the second day and effectively lost what we'd paid.
