The suite was lovely to spread out in, with a comfortable table for working or eating, and two balconies with blooming flowers. The windows had quite nice views too. I enjoyed the city a lot, thanks to the room and how great Naples is. Still, I wouldn’t stay here again because of the many cameras and the unwelcoming attitude. Be careful with this owner. I’d booked the suite three months ahead for six nights because it was large, had a table and chairs, and looked like a comfortable choice. When I arrived, the owner wanted to put me in a small room facing a wall because he’d given my suite to a group of three. I don’t know why he didn’t tell me first and give me a chance to cancel. I did get the room I’d booked in the end, but he was annoyed, and the whole situation felt unpleasant. Guests shouldn’t be moved to a different room without being told, just to fit groups of different sizes. I recommend the suite, but double-check with the hotel before you arrive.

We were glad to find this place. The neighborhood felt safe, with great pizza spots nearby, and the host also gave us useful safety advice for Naples. Finding the entrance took a little effort: look for the button signs on the door in the open area at the side of the street, across from the mural. The guy who greeted us was super nice and explained everything clearly. Our room was large and clean. Grazie!

The owner helped arrange a ride to the airport at 4:30 in the morning, which was a huge help. There’s a nice range of juice and snacks too, handy for people like us who hate buying breakfast on vacation. The elevator was another plus. It’s a great base for enjoying Naples, within walking distance of food and shopping, and just a short metro ride from Napoli Centrale, where you can easily catch the Circumvesuvia to Pompeii.

The owners are welcoming and kind, and happy to help their guests. It’s clean, and you’d be hard pressed to stay closer to the heart of Naples. Highly recommend it if you want to experience the city’s beautiful, authentic side. The only small drawback is the noise of the city, which could bother some people. Staying in lively downtown Naples comes with that.
