The view is one of the good things here, and the place is clean. They clean every day and bring fresh towels. Before I arrived, they kept messaging me on WhatsApp from different numbers and different people, repeatedly asking for the same information. There were 11 email exchanges as well, at the same time as the texts. My friends staying in other rooms had the same experience. The room is basic, and the breakfast is poor for the price, just a small pastry. They bring coffee to the room in plastic cups, but the coffee machine is next to the rooms, and its noise wakes you up. The texting is rude, though they’re less rude in person. It’s overpriced.

We felt right at home in our immaculately clean, surprisingly spacious room. Breakfast wasn’t included in our package, but the staff kindly brought us pastries and hot coffee each morning. We had an exceptional stay and highly recommend the hotel for a comfortable, memorable visit!

The staff are incredibly nice, the rooms are great, and the view is beautiful. It’s in a nice neighborhood, and most Naples attractions are easy to reach on foot or by metro. I’d highly recommend it for a couple of days in the city.

After a full day in busy Naples, it was lovely to come back to somewhere that felt calm and comfortable. Our room was kept so clean and tidy, with fresh towels and toiletries each day, and the woman who cleaned it always greeted us warmly. Raffaele’s morning coffee and pastries were a lovely extra. We had a great five-night stay at Villa Margherita and would happily recommend it.

The room was basic in its furnishings but spacious and clean, and we could see the sea from the balcony. Breakfast isn't included, though they put out coffee, tea and pastries each morning. There's a metro station nearby, but getting back to the hotel means climbing a hill. A bus stop is also close, and a couple of restaurants are about a ten-minute walk away. The area is nice. The shower stall is on the small side, though a medium-sized person should fit.
