The owner gave us a warm welcome, and the location was perfect for visiting Narni. Our stay was great. The room with A/C was brand new and very comfortable, and the place was very quiet just outside the city.

We found the apartment spacious, comfortable, and spotless, with everything we needed. Maurizio was so courteous and helpful, and even treated us to homemade desserts and figs picked from the tree. A lovely place. We’d happily come back soon with the kids.

We had breakfast on the little terrace, with a generous spread kindly brought out by the host. The house is well equipped, with a full kitchen, a bedroom, bathroom, hallway, and two TVs, one in the kitchen and one in the bedroom. A wooden ladder goes up to the attic, where there’s another lounger. The setting is wonderfully quiet, surrounded by greenery, and felt like a perfect place to unwind. We stayed on my birthday, and everything was just right. Highly recommend it for a peaceful break close to nature.
