We stayed in summer and found the hotel lovely, quiet and relaxed. The rooms were pretty big and had balconies.

The views are awesome, with a real sense of being close to nature, and there’s plenty of parking. Check-in at 10 PM went smoothly, and the receptionist was friendly. But early the next morning, the cleaning staff had endless loud conversations right outside our room. Breakfast was truly spartan. The room itself was lackluster: the beds were hard and uncomfortable, the fridge didn’t cool anything, and the toilet door left 3cm gaps when closed, so you could hear EVERYTHING.

The hotel looks nice, with clean, new-looking rooms and free parking. The receptionist was very kind to us. Breakfast was a letdown: the choice was small and always the same, and the plates and cutlery were dirty. There’s only one restaurant in the are, Ristorante Pietralba, and that is the worst restaurant ever. Do not go there.

The beds are new, very firm and comfortable, and the hotel has just been renovated. But although it’s firmly located in Südtirol, the staff didn’t speak German. There was no toilet paper in the room, just piles and piles of teabags, go figure. Breakfast was a bit of a mess. The cheese and processed meats, like sausage, were lumped together on one platter, which is bad for vegetarians. Most of the food was industrial food out of a tin. You’ll go a long way in Italy to be served such bad coffee.

Carolina and her staff made us feel so welcome, and breakfast was really good. We had an amazing time here, with a beautiful location and a very clean, comfortable room. Highly recommend this hotel. We can wait to come back!!!
