The hosts were so friendly and helpful, and the room was really comfortable. We had a lovely view from the balcony, too. You can buy fresh milk and ham there. Highly recommend staying here.

We keep returning to Unterwirtshof for our ski holiday, and it's still our favorite by far. The village is charming, with a shop, several restaurants and ski rental just a few minutes away on foot. The ski lifts are about a 10 minute drive, or you can take a bus from the village, and cross country trails run right through it. The Pfeifer family are warm and welcoming, and always make us feel at home. Their apartments are spacious, spotless, nicely decorated and very well equipped, with breathtaking balcony views. You can also buy homemade jams, organic apple juice and fresh eggs on site. The local food is delicious. We'd happily recommend this lovely place to other travelers.

The views were amazing, and the house was beautiful and comfortable. We had such a lovely time and really appreciated all your kindness and generosity. Thanks for making us feel so welcome. We hope we can return someday. 🌷🤍

The hostess was incredibly friendly and helpful, and having a supermarket and restaurant within walking distance was handy. Our apartment had a beautiful view, though I understand that isn't true for all the apartments. The children enjoyed the trampoline and swing, and seeing the cows and chickens. We knew more or less what to expect, but unlike a farm stay in the Netherlands, guests can only watch the animals from a distance and can't help with the work. There were about 12 cows, each tethered in its own square meter, and we didn't see other animals. It was a small-scale farm, and we had a wonderful stay, but the furnishings felt practical rather than welcoming. We missed curtains for atmosphere, not for blocking light since there were shutters, and the walls were bare. Pictures of the views, flowers, local animals, or the lovely cows could have brought some of the outdoors inside.
