One thing that should be made clear is that the property is in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), and guests need to use the nearby P3 paid parking lot. That would be especially useful for anyone with walking difficulties, since getting them to the B&B entrance would be impossible. Otherwise, I agree with the other guests about the clean, comfortable room and the kind owner.

The rooms are modern, lovely, and impeccably clean, and the owner is very kind. I really enjoyed staying at this downtown B&B near Maggiore Hospital. If you're in the area, call to check availability or book before you arrive.

The central location was the only good thing for us. What we found didn’t match the website description, and a piece of the coat hanger fell on my husband's head as soon as we arrived. We had to go to the emergency room. There were no extra blankets, and the advertised herbal tea room wasn't there. The owner was arrogant and rude. I absolutely wouldn't recommend staying here.

The mattresses were incredibly uncomfortable, almost unbearable, and the next morning there was no one at reception, so we couldn’t leave our luggage in storage. The rooms were at least generally clean, but the rest of the stay was a mess. We’d checked in online and entered the code for the key box, only to find it empty because our already-booked room had been given to someone else. No one was at reception, it was very late, and it took several calls to reach anyone. They offered another property, but given the advanced age of the guests in our rooms, we insisted on staying. After a long wait, someone finally arrived with a different key and another room. It was past midnight. A huge disservice that caused a lot of trouble. NEVER AGAIN, DISORGANIZED!
