There was a terrible sewer smell in both the room and the building. The room was very dirty too: food stains from the previous guest were still on the countertop, and there was hair in the cutlery drawer. The stove and TV didn't work. Staff were arrogant, rude, and unhelpful. When I pointed out the mess to the cleaning lady, she pushed me away. The place had a bad reputation. I called the police, as shown by the surveillance cameras and by the police themselves, not the manager, and I didn't leave the room late. The manager is dishonest and lying.

There weren't any hangers for clothes, and without mosquito nets I couldn't open the windows. It wasn't clean at all. I'm sorry, but I wouldn't recommend it. I also forgot two sachets of shower gel and two bars of soap.

The staff were super kind and helpful. The property was clean and tidy, and the location was great for a quick stay, at least in the room we had. Some of the other rooms also have cooking facilities, which could suit a longer visit.
