Il Casale Di Giovanna

Giovanna and Marco are perfect hosts: kind, discreet, always available without hovering. The large apartment is beautifully furnished and equipped, comfortable, and clean. With its quiet countryside setting and lovely views in the Marche hills between the sea and the art cities, this is an ideal place for a getaway with friends. Congratulations!

The Lavanda apartment was extremely comfortable, and everything was well cared for. Each apartment has its own private pool, which really makes the place. Marco was very kind and put together a small, useful guide for guests, with lots of information about things to see nearby. Casale di Giovanna is a little paradise for a relaxing break. Highly recommended!

We spent 15 wonderfully relaxing days at Giovanna's farmhouse, surrounded by nature and quiet in the Marche hills. The place is beautiful and has all you need for a comfortable holiday, with plenty of space indoors and out. We swam in the large pool, swung in the hammocks, sunbathed, and ate dinner every evening in the garden by candlelight under the stars. The garden gazebo was lovely too. Marco is friendly, helpful, and discreet, and makes guests feel at ease. Thank you, Marco. I hope I can come back next year. Elena

We stayed in the Menta apartment, which was spacious and charming. The garden and private pool were the best part, and Marco was kind and always available. A beautiful spot for a relaxing break in the Marche countryside, not far from the coast.
