Bernardo and his wife were kind and shared lots of helpful suggestions. Each morning they recommended hikes and places to eat. We stayed in room 5, where the porch looks toward a small, adorable farmhouse, while the bedroom faces the mountainside. The bathroom was small but worked well, with a large walk-in shower and a motion-sensor light by the sink.

From the balconies you can see across the whole valley because the family-run farm sits a little higher up. It has a generous breakfast, parking, and is about a 12-minute trip down to town. The rooms are traditional and nicely furnished, and there are several apartments too. We also liked the cozy rustic lounge and dining room, plus the sensational view of Luttach. Highly recommended.

The traditional atmosphere is very well maintained, and breakfast was outstanding. Bernardo and Florinda, who own the hotel, were wonderful, attentive, and full of useful tips for excursions and restaurants.

We rented a self-catering apartment and had everything we needed: it was clean, fully heated, and the kitchen was completely equipped. The area is as lovely as the photos suggest, with supermarkets, pharmacies, a mountain hut, grocery shops, and cafes nearby. The ski slope is a five-minute drive or bus ride away. Most of all, the owners made the stay special. From a clear phone call to a warm welcome on arrival, they were accommodating, friendly, and kind. I'd recommend the place wholeheartedly and will certainly return with family and friends.
