The view was nice, but it wasn’t worth the price. The place felt more like a country cottage, and a lot of basics were missing: no extra sheets or pillows for the pull-out sofa, no kitchen towels, bath towels or toilet paper, and very old coffee makers. There was mould on the ceiling and cushions, the heating and AC didn’t work, and the stairs and railing felt very dangerous. The directions were not detailed, and the gate code was very tricky.

The view was the only good part. We had no hot water until we turned on the water heaters, and then the breakers tripped. There was mould on the ceiling and pillows, no extra sheets for the sofa bed, and no towels or toilet paper in the upstairs bathroom. The place was poorly equipped in every way. Communication with Wonderful Italy was poor too: there was no street address, we had to call for a GPS location, and many calls dropped while we tried to sort it out. It was my first time using Wonderful Italy and my last. I wouldn’t recommend the place or the company.
