Navy Seaview apartments looked like a great deal through Booking, but the apartment was falling apart. The blue lighting made it feel the opposite of cozy, and coming in to a disgusting washing machine and missing promised appliances, including an oven, was a rough welcome. The place needs a lot of restoration work. The service was friendly when we raised our complaints. They said their 'team' would come over, but only one confused-looking guy showed up and he didn’t really fix anything. This apartment needs a ton of work before it should be rented again.

The view was decent, but the apartment felt cramped, with barely a square metre between the bedroom and kitchen. They said there'd be sparkling wine waiting as a welcome, but there wasn't any. The Wi-Fi also didn't work.
