The village felt especially lively and almost magical during the local fiesta, while the rest of the time Oliena offered the quiet of a small place away from busy towns. Ms. Pina made the stay feel personal, with a warm welcome and thoughtful touches. Her homemade breakfasts, especially the cheese from her farm, were unforgettable. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The beds could have been better, the air conditioning only cooled the room a little, and the Wi-Fi was weak. Still, it was a charming, authentic place to stay.

The owner was lovely and ready to help with anything. She came out to welcome us and brought breakfast, and she gave us useful advice during our stay. Nothing seemed like a problem. A very cozy place, and one I’d recommend.

Breakfast was amazing, and the woman hosting us was so kind and helpful. A great place to stay if you want to visit Gorropu or Cala Gonnone too.

A great base for visiting the mountain area of Sardinia. This family-run B&B was spotless, with excellent service. The homemade cheese and wine were a lovely extra.

At the foot of the mountain, this is fairly basic accommodation in a small town that doesn’t have much to interest you.
