The view from the property was beautiful, and the food was good and reasonably priced. We got a large room, though it wasn't cheap, and there was no bidet in the bathroom.

We stayed three nights in apartment no. 115 at Tenuta Grazia. It’s on the first floor, with windows facing a portico. The farmhouse overlooks part of the lagoon, a beautiful setting, but we felt €115 a night was too much for what the apartment offered. Inside, it was very clean and furnished with period furniture. The windows had excellent mosquito nets, but didn't bring in enough air, so the apartment felt stuffy. Since it sits within the portico, hardly any light gets in and it stays semi-dark all day. We felt shut away from the lovely surroundings, and missed having a space of our own, something we’ve always found at nearby farmhouses for less. We knew there was no terrace, but still think the nightly rate is too high for the service. There are no trash cans on the farm. You have to drive to a rest area on the Aurelia to dispose of rubbish. Other farms have collection on-site or within walking distance.

We stayed Monday, April 29 to Sunday, May 5, outside high season, in apartment 113 on the ground floor. We had our dog with us, and requested breakfast but didn't take half-board. The dinners were so good that we ate there most of the time. Saverio and Edoardo were meticulous and punctual, clearly devoted to their homeland, and gave us great suggestions for places to see, things to do and places to eat. They understood what we like and advised us well. The apartment was spacious, spotless and had mosquito nets, which are useful with the lagoon nearby and mosquitoes around. The amenities matched exactly what the website and booking form described, no more and no less. Everything was clearly and precisely explained, and they were reachable by phone. Breakfast was Italian and sweet, with no processed products. We enjoyed excellent plum cakes in apple, banana and chocolate, along with tarts, yogurt, orange juice and cappuccino. At dinner, forget the tourist restaurants. We tried almost everything on the menu and recommend it all. The peposo, wild boar, and strawberry or fig sorbet were outstanding. The wine was always local, with good house wine and better bottled wine. The countryside is quiet, with a riding stable next door, and Orbetello, Argentario and the Feniglia nature reserve just a few kilometers away. Saturnia, Sovana, Sorano and Pitigliano are about an hour and a half away. If you want full service a few meters from the sea, this isn't the place. For a relaxing, authentic stay with people who love their work and region, in a quiet spot that's convenient for exploring, it's just right. We had a wonderful time.

We had a really good time at dinner. The owners were kind, the price was fair, and the location was beautiful. The tagliata and pappardelle were genuinely tasty.
