Cinema House Apartments

Our car broke down and we were exhausted, then we came across this place by chance. It was beautiful, in a great location, and the staff were wonderful.

The room was clean and the location was great, even though it’s in a limited traffic zone. There’s parking nearby, and the pass from the hotel makes it free.

The owners were incredibly welcoming and glad to offer advice on getting around and places to see in the Argentario area. From Orbetello, it’s easy to reach both Porto Santo Stefano and Porto Ercole, and the property is right in the historic center, with lovely lanes to wander and plenty of shops and restaurants. The bright rooms have been recently renovated and were clean. There are shared spaces too, including a kitchen next door. The only minor issue for a beach trip is that there’s no outdoor balcony for towels and wet swimsuits. In my case, the shower was big enough to work as an alternative. Cars and motorcycles can be parked about 100-200 meters away since the property is in a restricted traffic zone, but that wasn’t a problem at all. Highly recommended.

The rooms were decent, and parking was very close to the apartment. They gave us a green pass that lets you park anywhere, whether paid or free. Self-check-in was easy too. A good choice if you’re in the area.
