Tomasso, who manages the property, was super kind and helpful. We chose the bigger room with a small kitchen and liked it so much that we extended our stay by two days. A very good experience, and we'll return.

Guest House 36 was clean, welcoming, and meticulously cared for. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Its location is perfect for visiting Orbetello, the Lagoon, and the Argentario. Thanks to the owners for being so kind and helpful. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday in Maremma!

The location is excellent, and the parking pass was convenient, with no extra charge. The room was clean. I personally didn't like that the terrace is enclosed in the building's atrium and has no access to the outside. A couple of hooks in the bathroom for towels after a shower would help, as would a wall-mounted paper towel holder.

Tommaso was very kind and helpful. The price includes parking passes and breakfast at the bar. Guest House Le Due Lagune is in a historic building right in central Orbetello, which is really convenient. The room is cozy, nicely furnished, and has everything you need, including Wi-Fi, Netflix, and a hairdryer. Highly recommended!
