The staff were nice, and the airport is under a 20-minute walk away, or about 5 minutes by paid shuttle. There are also a couple of restaurants nearby. But sleep was difficult: planes pass directly overhead, and the room gets a lot of outside light all night because the shades don’t block it well. There are also nine lights, including diodes, that can’t be switched off, plus a wall bed. Since sleeping is the main point of a hotel, I wouldn’t recommend it and won’t return.

The location is the one good thing. This felt more like an Airbnb than a four-star hotel, and the advertising is misleading. The bed was a sofa shaped like a bed, and the sheet had a blood stain. There was used paper in the bathroom, which hadn’t been tidied, and no toothpaste in the room’s toilet. Breakfast came on cardboard plates and in cardboard cups. Forty minutes before checkout, all the room lights switched on by themselves, like a curfew. My partner was first given a room that already had guests in it, though they quickly moved him to another one.

The room was clean, but the mattress felt hard and LEDs from the electrical panel and light control screen stayed on overnight. Aircraft noise was the bigger problem: landings continue until 10:30 pm and start again at 5 am, and my room was extremely noisy. Breakfast was well below average. The neighborhood itself is quiet, with a good restaurant nearby.

The rooms were cold, and breakfast was as low quality as it gets. The shuttle bus driver also drove like crazy. For a four-star hotel, I’d expect a gym or sauna, but there’s neither.
