We were traveling with a baby and needed a few extra things, which the host was happy to help with. Leo was polite and helpful right from the start, and check-in was straightforward. The apartment was spotless. Casa De Viti is a lovely choice for a stay in Ortelle or nearby.

The apartment was spacious and really nice, with comfortable beds and a refurbished bathroom. The owner was VERY friendly. We had a car, which made the location work well for us, with almost every town and beach in southern Salento no more than 30-40 minutes away.

The place was clean and the hospitality was excellent. With that many beds, though, they should leave more bathroom linens, especially towels, and at least some hand soap.

A good deal for the money, and the place was welcoming, clean, and smelled fresh. It had all the comforts we needed. Handy for visiting Castro, Zunzulusa Caves, Otranto, Lecce, and Gallipoli.
