Our family room was spotless, with pleasant classic decor. The original tile floors and antique furniture are paired with clean, contemporary touches and newer bathrooms. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, and the location and value were great. It's a wonderful two-star hotel, and we'd happily return.

Pamela, the owner, helped us out when we were in a bind and needed a room for five people for five nights. She arranged a room with four beds that fit all of us. We shared one excellent bathroom, and slept with the windows open, waking to the church bells. Staff even brought coffee and croissants 🥐 out to the beautiful garden. Everyone was amazing and went above and beyond, and we'll return for sure. The hotel is in central Orvieto, surrounded by great restaurants and shops, and the price was reasonable. Thank you!

On the morning we checked out, we had to leave before breakfast service, so the staff thoughtfully packed a huge breakfast for our journey. We really appreciated that. Everyone at Hotel Posta was professional, efficient, and friendly. We stayed two nights and would gladly return. The hotel is in the historic town centre, right in the center, and is immaculately clean. The interior suits the age of the building tastefully. A big thank you to all the staff.

The location was really good, and the receptionists and other staff were kind and welcoming. Breakfast was included and pretty good. The hotel is quite old, but clean and functional, with a great shower. Our room was beside the alley, so it could get noisy.

I had a five-night stay at Hotel Posta and give it five stars. The staff were helpful and very accommodating, and the hotel has a quaint feel in its historic building. It's near the Plaza IL Duomo in Orvieto, Italy, and I recommend it.
